Pesawat angkut militer Type C-295 dengan Nomor Registrasi EC-296 keluaran pabrik pesawat Casa Airbus Spanyol dengan Kapten Pilot Komandan Skadron Udara 2 Letkol Pnb Moh. Mujib beserta 13 Awak Pesawat pertamakali mendarat di Lanud Sjamsudin Noor Senin (10/10).
Komandan Lanud Samsudin Noor Letkol Pnb Mokh. Mukhson beserta Staf Operasi dan jajaran pendukung penerbangan Lanud Sam menyambut kedatangan pesawat angkut versi Militer jenis/Type C-295 yang mendarat tepat pukul 14.40 WITA. Di Lanud Samsudin Noor Banjarmasin. Pesawat tersebut sedang mengemban misi untuk melaksanakan Uji Navigasi Jarak Jauh dalam rangka uji coba dan penjajakan terhadap kemampuan pesawat dan kemampuan Air Crew dalam mengoperasikan pesawat tersebut, yang rencananya untuk menambah kekuatan Alut Sista TNI AU kususnya pesawat Angkut Militer di Skadron angkut ringan yang berkedudukan di Lanud Halim Perdana Kusuma Jakarta. Pesawat tersebut diproduksi oleh pabrik pesawat terbang Casa Airbus Militery Spanyol. Saat ini masih dalam proses penjajakan uji kemampuan dan jika memenuhi standart sesuai kriteria yang dikehendaki TNI AU maka pesawat tersebut akan dibeli TNI AU dan Pabrik Pesawat Cassa Airbus Militery Spanyol akan bekerjasama dengan Industri Pesawat terbang Indonesia (PTDI) guna memproduksi pesawat terbang tersebut di PTDI.
Pesawat tersebut memiliki kemampuan multi fungsi artinya bisa ubah-ubah sesuai fungsi tugas yang akan di embanya, yaitu bisa diubah menjadi pesawat angkut VIP, sebagai Ambulan udara, sebagai pesawat Komando pengendalian, sebagai pesawat Angkut pasukan tempur, sebagai pesawat angkut logistik, sebagai pesawat untuk Penerjunan pasukan dan penerjunan logistik, Sebagai pesawat SAR Tempur, Sebagai pesawat Patroli Maritim dan Anti kapal selam bisa juga digunakan sebagai pesawat Air to air refuuelling.
Komandan Lanud Sam menyempatkan diri untuk masuk cockpit pesawat guna melihat dari dekat teknologi yang dimiliki pesawat tersebut. Beliau mengatakan kagum dan bangga terhadap pesawat tersebut karena jika terwujud menjadi kekuatan Alut Sista TNI AU maka disamping akan memperlancar dukungan operasi penerbangan TNI AU juga akan ada transfer ilmu pengetahuan dan teknologi dari Negara maju bagi TNI AU kususnya dan generasi penerus bangsa pada umumnya serta yang tidak kalah penting akan memajukan perkembangan industry pesawat terbang Indonesia yang satu satunya dimiliki bangsa Indonesia (PTDI).
Seusai mendarat di Lanud Samsudin Noor Pesawat tersebut akan melanjutkan penerbangan untuk menuju Pangkalan TNI AU Balikpapan.

Shaun The Sheep

Shaun the Sheep is a British stop-motion animated children's television series produced by Aardman Animations, and commissioned by the BBC and the WDR. It first aired in the UK on CBBC in March 2007. The show consists of 80 episodes in 2 seasons, and is currently in hiatus.

CN 235 MPA Indonesian Airforce

The CASA/IPTN CN-235 is a medium-range twin-engined transport plane that was jointly developed by CASA of Spain and IPTN of Indonesia as a regional airliner and military transport. Its primary military roles include maritime patrol, surveillance, and air transport. Its largest user is Turkey which has 61 aircraft.

Design and development

The project was a joint venture between CASA and Indonesian manufacturer IPTN, which formed the Airtec company to manage the programme. The partnership applied only to the Series 10 and Series 100/110, with later versions being developed independently. Over 230 of all versions of CN-235 are in service and have accumulated more than 500,000 flight hours.
Design began in January 1980 with first flight on 11 November 1983. Spanish and Indonesian certification was on 20 June 1986; the first flight of the production aircraft was on 19 August 1986 and FAA type approval was granted on 3 December 1986. The aircraft entered service on 1 March 1988
In 1995, CASA launched development of a stretched CN-235 as the C-295. In December 2002, the Columbian Navy ordered two CN-235 for patrol and anti-drug trafficking missions.
In April 2005, Venezuela ordered two CN-235 maritime surveillance aircraft plus 10 transport planes but the operation was halted due the United States refuse to allow US technology to be transferred.[1]
In January 2006, Thailand placed an order with Dirgantara for ten aircraft, six for the Ministry of Defence and four for the Ministry of Agriculture.
In December 2007, Spain ordered two CN-235 maritime patrol aircraft for the Guardia Civil, for delivery 2008–2009.
One CN-235 MPA aircraft was delivered by Dirgantara to the Indonesian defence ministry in June 2008.

In August 2006, three CASA CN-235-10 aircraft remain in airline service, in Africa, with Safair (two) and Tiko Air (one).[2] Asian Spirit operates a lone CN-235-220 in the Philippines, correct as of June/July 2007.
The Irish Air Corps operates two CASA aircraft for maritime patrol duty.
There are at least two CN-235s flying with the United States Air Force for an undisclosed role with the 427th Special Operations Squadron, located at the former Pope AFB, North Carolina.[3][verification needed]
In early July 2008, The Mexican Navy announced that it will purchase six CASA CN-235s from Spain.[4] In April 2010, Hervé Morin, French Minister of Defence, announced the order of eight CN-235-300s from Spain.[5]
On 2011, PT Dirgantara Indonesia is still working on 4 CN-235-110 MPAs for South Korea Coast Guard with amount of $96 million

KUJANG is a unique weapon of the West Java. Kujang began to be made around the 8th century or the ninth, made ​​of iron, steel and prestige material, length approximately 20 to 25 cm and weighs about 300 grams.

KUJANG was the instrument that reflects the critical acumen and power in life also symbolizes strength and courage to protect the rights and truth. Is characteristic, both as weapons, agricultural tools, symbols, ornaments, or souvenirs.

According Sanghyang Siksakanda ng Karesian Pupuh XVII, Kujang is the weapon of the peasants and has its roots in agriculture Sundanese culture.

Kujang  known as the traditional weapon of West Java (Sunda), which has a sacred value and to have magical powers. Some researchers  states that the term "KUJANG" comes from the word "kudihyang" (kudi and Hyang. Kujang (also) comes from the word Ujang, which means human or Manusa. Humans are powerful as King Siliwangi.
Kudi retrieved from Sundanese language means the Ancient weapon that has the magical power of magic, as a talisman, as repellent reinforcements, such as to repel the enemy or avoid danger / disease. This weapon is also kept as heirlooms, which are used to protect the home from danger by putting them in a crate or a specific place in the house or by putting them on the bed (Hazeu, 1904: 405-406). Meanwhile, Hyang can be equated with a sense gods in some mythologies, but for society to have meaning, and Hyang Sundanese notch above the Gods, this is reflected in the doctrine of "Dasa Prebakti" which is reflected in the manuscript Sanghyang Siksa Kanda Ng Karesian  mentioned "Dewa Bakti Hyang ".
In general, Kujang have a sense as the heritage that has a certain strength that comes from the gods (= Hyang), and as a weapon, from ancient to the present Kujang occupies a very special position among the people of West Java (Sunda). As an emblem or symbol with niali-philosophical values ​​contained in it, Kujang used as one of the aesthetic in a few symbols as well as government organizations. In the past Kujang can not be separated from public life because of its function as a Sundanese agricultural equipment. In Bogor Pantun as told by Anis Djatisunda (996-2000), Cleaver has a variety of functions and forms. By function, Cleaver divided among the other four: Kujang Heritage (symbol of majesty and safety protection), Kujang Pakarang (to fight), Kujang Pangarak (as a means of ceremonies) and Kujang Pamangkas (as a farming tool). While based on existing blade shape called Kujang Jago (like the shape of a rooster), Kujang Ciung (birdlike Ciung), Kujang egret (bird resembling tailless / bango), Kujang Rhinoceros (like a rhinoceros), Kujang dragon (mythological animal resembling a dragon) and Kujang Bangkong (like frogs). In addition there is also the typology cleaver-shaped blade with a leather puppet heroine as a symbol of fertility.

The AS/SA 202 Bravo is a two to three-seat civil light aircraft jointly designed and manufactured by the Swiss company Flug- und Fahrzeugwerke Altenrhein (FFA) and the Italian company Savoia-Marchetti. The aircraft was designated the AS 202 in Switzerland, and the SA 202 in Italy.
Savoia-Marchetti manufactured the wings, undercarriage and engine installation, while FFA manufactured the fuselage, tail and controls, while both companies had assembly plants manufacturing the complete aircraft.
The first Swiss model flew on 9 March 1969, the first Italian aircraft following on 8 May.
Bravo is a rugged all-metal low-wing monoplane with a full vision canopy. Its tricycle landing gear is fixed.
34 15s and 180 18s were built, with most in service with military customers. The biggest civil operator is Patria Pilot Training at Helsinki-Malmi Airport, Finland.

    • Patria Pilot Training - 7 aircraft. Patria's Bravos are ex-British Aerospace Flying College aircraft. BAE Flying College owned 11 aircraft, but 1 was lost in Scotland claiming 2 lives. Remaining 10 aircraft were sold to private Finnish flying school Pilot Factory, which merged with Patria in 2004-2005.
7 aircraft out of original 10 remain in service. During merger with Patria, one aircraft was sold to private owner. Night-time accident at Helsinki-Malmi airport in 2002 claimed no lives but hull was damaged beyond repair. In August 2010 one aircraft veered off the runway at Helsinki-Malmi and was written off.

The Stout "Sky Car"

William Bushnell Stout was a prolific designer of road vehicles and aircraft, including the Ford Trimotor series. He was founder of the Stout Metal Airplane Division of the Ford Motor Company and in 1931 designed the Skycar which was specified for easy handling and provided with automobile-style comfort. Single examples of four variations on the basic design were produced between 1931 and 1944.[1]
The Skycar I was first displayed at the spring 1931 Detroit Show. The aircraft was a two-seat high-wing monoplane, accommodating the occupants in tandem layout. It had an all-metal steel-tube frame covered with corrugated metal skin. Centre-line nose and tail-wheels plus a standard landing gear were fitted. The rear fuselage was constructed from an open framework carrying a single fin and rudder, inside which was located the rear pusher engine.[2] Fuel was carried in two tanks in the leading portion of the central section of the engine housing, from where it was fed by gravity to the engine.[3] At a later date the aircraft was fitted with twin booms carrying the single fin and rudder (see photo of preserved aircraft).

The Skycar I, sometimes referred to as the Model 11-W. It was flown as a personal aircraft by Stout for several years [7] and was later donated to the Smithsonian Institution. It is now (2009) on display in the National Air and Space Museum at Dulles Airport Virginia.
